Muse #2: Believe

“The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experiences.” ~Eleanor Roosevelt

In this Christmas issue, the theme is inspired from Macy’s million reasons to “Believe” campaign. The world has 3 weeks til the fa-la-la-la-la’s, ho, ho, ho’s and the merry, merry’s. Most of us (if any) became that “early bird catches the worm” during the Black Friday frenzy, maybe spent the weekend shopping at local businesses on Small Business Saturday or sitting online on Cyber Monday.

Although there are a millions reasons to BELIEVE in Christmas, be it spiritual, material even superficial. It would be good for readers to keep in mind, that the most powerful thing in the world are thoughts, ideas, and suggestions… most important words. Words can give power, words can take power. Optimist, Pessimist, Realist, Idealist. From whatever stand point, once those vibrations come out of your mouth you can best believe it comes to life.

In the up coming weeks, feature blog posts will begin with a decorative tour through mother natures winter wonderland; a Sip ‘n’ Chat with the Platinum Spa Diva; Holiday window shopping down Fifth Ave; Partying in Style; Holiday flavor on a budget; Cross generation lessons; WISE goals for the future; Re-styled gifts of fabulousness; and finally ending the year immersed in creative visualizations.

In between the post features there will be random posts introducing the entourage of new contributing writers for City Muse Magazine. Some quick drive by posts in the Haute Muse Social and SOLEmate Memoirs in relation to lifestyle, fashion, culture, art, relationships, love, family, local news, current events, health, using the power of words to design in detail your future etc. etc.

What do you believe in life? What inspired that belief or continues to inspire it? Share what’s on your mind on the City Muse fan page.

Happy Holidays!!!!! 😀
